Hannah E. Chapple is a PhD student in English at University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she studies ecocriticism and literature of the long nineteenth century.
She is founder and editor-in-chief of the literary and arts journal We Were So Small.
Recent poetry appears in Sooth Swarm Journal, DMQ Review, RESTLESS, and Ibis Head.
Hannah is currently writing a book about environmentally-dependent communities and works of environmental literary fiction. She recently returned from a research trip to Boothbay Harbor, Maine where she learned about the working waterfront and lobstering.
